Watch Movies ONLINE

I just moved into the country with my husband and found that there is absolutely no need to get a TV or Cable or whatever. It was then that I realised that all I really did back home was watch movies on my TV. With the new generation of phone and internet services at my easy disposal, “who needs a television!?” All I did was look up the internet and come up with a chunk load of websites that would allow me to watch all the movies in this whole world at simply one click away. Ever since then watching movies online has never been better. It is a revolution out there.

A fair mention of this does go to websites that provide me with the hall print of the movies which have just released. I do go to the movie theatre to watch my favourite actors and the favourite series of Kung Fu Panda2 and the likes, but to be honest, I am not a millionaire and I cannot go to the theatre to watch each and every release. Sometimes I want to just catch the chick flick like Bridesmaids and I do not want to spend either. It is then that websites like stagevu, letmewatchthis, putlocker, videoweed help me out. The movie is still running in the theatre and here I am holding my own popcorn and watching the movie without having to worry about paying a huge lot.

At times, it makes me guilty of supporting piracy, but then if the world wide web is unable to control it, I am not God either! Although, I would not widely promote watching pirated movies since they draw a hole in the movie makers revenues, but then, I am not getting extra salary for recreation, so here I am a common man watching the latest releases online every once in a while and I am sure that only hurts as a needle-prick in the entire haystack. It makes me think, would the movie makers earn more revenue if they released the movies as DVD’s the very next day, so that we could all watch it online as well for a tad less?! But then, just like video killed the radio star, that would mean a demise for the movie theatre businesses. Anyways at the end of a tiring week, here I am watching CARS 2 – Online.

Watching movies online

Watching movies online is the biggest revolution that rocks the world of young adults, teenagers, children and seniors alike. You simply need to make up your mind on a single movie that you really want to watch and you can simply Google it online to be able to see unlimited options for live streaming. Some superior websites charge a trivial amount depending upon how recently the movie has been released and how popular the series is and then you are simply one step away from watching the movie that was occupying your mind since the last fifteen minutes. Even if you do not end up watching that movie for any special reason or simply for the reason that you did not really relate with it or enjoy it that much, you have the option to switch over to looking up another movie in the similar genre or change the genre completely depending upon your choice.

There are a multitude of websites that will give you complete details from the star cast to the movie credits to the storyline in a nutshell to movie reviews from famous critics as well as movie reviews from everyday viewers. It is all available online merely a click away from the screen on your laptop. With the evolution of the web, streaming movies is becoming painless. Streaming real time is error free, spam free and real time streaming means that you do not have to wait for a long time before the entire movie is buffered and available for continuous play.

The most popular options that you have available today for watching movies online are:
·         Netflix: It offers you a whole list of movies that you can watch online or synchronise with your television. It is available as a monthly subscription.
·         Amazon Instant Video: This service is available from Amazon, the most popular place where you used to buy all your different products. You can pay for the movie you want and play it for the next 24 hours.
·         YouTube Movies: This is a new phenomenon with the very own YouTube where you were able to find pirated versions of your favourite movies and foreign movies. Now you can watch HD quality by paying for that Movie.

Other options that are available for watching movies online are VuDu, Hulu, iTunes, SlingPlayer Mobile, AppleTV, GoogleTV etc.

Movie Review: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2

Rating: *****
Producer: David Heyman
Based on: Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling
Distributed by: Warner Bros.
Genre: Action | Sci-Fi | Adventure | Drama

What a grand finale!! Absolutely stunning to watch in 3D. I don't know what it is these days with the movies having this emotional side to the the characters. They completely embrace you with the slight human sensitive side of theirs. Although the end was very much expected. It turned out to be way better than what I was expecting. I kept marveling at the courage, love, introspection, trust and friendship shown by the characters who met their final destiny in this sequel.

Daniel Radcliffe has created history in the cinema of sequels with Harry Potter and kept audiences glued to the screen till the very end with his brave and utter poignant stature. Not to forget his close friends Ron, the geek and Hermione, the super-witty girl. They stood by him like his left and right hands all throughout displaying immense solidarity that childhood friendship brings in people.

The climax with Lord Voldemort and Harry and the high powered battle of the powers good versus evil is simply exquisite watch for the Potter fans. In my opinion, the movie did great justice to the novel this final time and has unbelievably left a lasting mark on my mind as a Potter-fan. My Pottermania is not going to take one step down for sometime to come.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

The eager wait ends tonight. Harry Potter fans are on the edge of their seats to watch the final sequel tonight Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2. With the release of the movie trailer on April 27, Pottermania was blowing off the edge with just a taste of what is to come. The trailer featured a number of tantalizing glimpses of the much awaited final battle between Harry and his longtime nemesis, the evil Lord Voldemort. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 starts off from where Part 1 left off. With Voldemort having broken into Dumbledore’s tomb and stolen the Elder Wand, Part 2 will begin with Harry and his friends Ron and Hermione planning to break into Gringotts Bank to recover another horcrux, Helga Hufflepuff’s cup.
The end of the Harry Potter series will be bittersweet for fans and for the actors as well. Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) in an interview last month said that he “wept like a child” when the filming ended. Emma Watson (Hermione Granger) said that the movies had been an “emotional journey for her, and when it was over it felt like someone dying.”
Interestingly, this final sequel is the first in the series to be shown in 3D throughout all theaters. Harry Potter fans might however also get the chance to watch all the previous sequels in 3D too, with the current rumor running that all the films in the sequel would be re-made in 3D. It’s a thought-provoking parallel that may or may not end up increasing the popularity of the entire series of Harry Potter movies. However the the comparison certainly would not bring any harm. The final movie does not seem like it would need any help either.Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 promises to be one of the biggest blockbusters of the summer.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes

Rise of the Planet of the Apes

Rise of the Planet of the Apes can be definitely named the first in the popular franchise series to feature photo-realistic versions of apes, our super intelligent primates. In Rise of the Planet of the Apes there is a use of CGI as compared to the traditional approach where actors were actually made to wear a whole lot of make-up for the shoot. There is a lot of Weta Digital which is a motion capture technology. This is the same technology that was employed to create Na'vi from Avatar which transformed Serkis into a non-human form.

If Rise of the Planet of the Apes manages to strike a cord with the viewers then it would be the first of its kind after King Kong to have actually gained that popularity.

Movie Review: Queen To Play

The setting of this French film is very entertaining. Shot on the isle of Corse The Island with its its white craggy heights is completely surrounded by water which makes it all the more a lush location where any girl would be able to reach any heights even with a prior lack of confidence.

Kevin Kline playing Dr. Kroger actually is Helene's mentor and friend.  Although there could be better people in French Cinema to play this role, Kevin is merely passable. He played the role of an aging physician who has lost his wife and is slowly losing further interest in this life too. It is now that Helene , a part time house-keeper
strikes up an unlikely friendship by asking him to play chess with her.

If you love French Films and even if you don't there is less likelihood that you would want to miss watching the lovely chemistry between two people that has been shown in this movie. If not for anything, merely just for Sandrine's performance in the film.

Helene the chambermaid (Sandrine Bonnaire) makes mental notes of each detail within the unfolding scene. She takes notice of Beals' mop of up-swept hair and falling tendrils to the golden robe that she leaves behind on the bed...and of course an open game of chess.
Being the Chambermaid, Helene is pale, plain, tall and skinny with fine blond hair which she wears in a bun. The Super Hit Bollywood Masala movie of 2004 Murder is yet to rock the viewers again in 2011. The super hot Mallika Sherawat has an able successor to give the audience the spice in the movie. Imran Hashmi romances young and sexy Jacqueline Fernandez, Sri Lankan model in the much awaited movie of the year in Bollywood.

Murder 2 can be said to be an erotic thriller movie where the lead actors play a much darker role than that in its previous sequel. Starting from doing all the wrong things Arjun Bhagwat (Imran Hashmi) plays the role of a kind of modern day Robin Hood who is helping a gangster find his missing hooker.

Priya (Jacqueline Fernandez) plays the role of being in a confused relationship with Arjun but does play a key role since she is a much coveted prey of Dheeraj Pandey (Prashant Narayan), the psycho killer in the movie. Bollywood fans can look forward to seeing Arjun and Pandey lock horns in the game of wits and fists in the final climax of the movie.

Movie Review: Bridesmaids

Rating: *****
Director: Paul Feig
Writer: Kristen Wiig, Annie Mumolo
Genre: Comedy | Family | Drama

The story revolves around the fight to become the Maid of Honor amongst two friends of the bride to be in the movie. Annie (Kristen Wiig) is the one who is the chosen Maid of Honor by Lilian (Maya Rudolf). However things take a wild turn with the colorful bridesmaids coming from different backgrounds in their life and to the extent that it seems to take a toll on the real wedding that is about to happen.

I started my evening saying, "I am not going to watch a chick flick" and I ended up going to watch Bridesmaids. Trust me I don't regret it in the least. After a hectic week all I wanted was to simply relax and unwind and laugh at someone else's mistakes.

Bridesmaids is worth a watch, full of laughs and a funny way to show that things might not always be the very best but that is when the best of friends step into our lives and simply swing it around. Just call your girlfriends, hangout and "aww" over Annie and "ooo" over the rich Wedding shower. My favorite moment was Annie's hand movement when she started to dance in the flight!! hahaha.....laughing away right now too!!

Not completely for the ones who are getting married and not completely for the ones who are still forlorn in love and looking around. It is somewhere caught in between and that what the beauty of the movie is all about.

Motion Picture Rating (MPAA)
Rated R for some strong sexuality, and language throughout

Movie: Bridesmaids

Director: Paul Feig
Writer: Kristen Wiig, Annie Mumolo
Genre: Comedy | Family | Drama

Tags: Paul Feig, Kristen Wiig, Annie Mumolo, comedy, drama, chick flick, chicklet, Rose Byrne, Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph, Maid of Honour, Bridesmaid, Bridesmaids, love, wedding, matrimony, friends, perfect

Cast: Kristen Wiig, Maya Rudolph and Rose Byrne

Storyline
Lilian (Maya Rudolf) is getting married and has her childhood friend Annie (Kristen Wiig) as the Maid of Honor. While Annie leads the group of colorful bridesmaids, her own personal life is in a complete mess. Broke and all love lost in her life as the Maid of Honor she finds her complete life in a huge turmoil when all her decision making powers for the big ceremony is robbed. Not just that there is a serious threat to the complete wedding for which Annie is so happy about.

The movie is about how imperfect it can be without your close friends close to you and how just a simple chance it all takes to show how far you would go for someone you really love.

Movie Review: Transformers: Dark of the Moon

Rating: *****
Director: Michael Bay
Writer: Ehren Kruger
Genre: Action | Adventure | Sci-Fi

If you are thinking of whether top watch this movie in 3D or not, I only think you are wasting your time. JUST GO AND WATCH IT IN 3D and even better 3D IMAX !!

I watched the movie in IMAX 3D and simply loved the whole experience. It keeps you completely glued to the screen till the very last bit. There is a time in between when you literally feel lost and shattered at the way things are and the beauty of direction is when things spring back not in a movie like manner but with some losses. The plot is well defined with back to back action, sometimes barbaric, loads of stealth and great heroic twists and turns.

Rosie gives that sophisticated lover look and her English accent is a huge turn on in the movie along with her sexy semi-bitch like role in the movie. Although mostly the girls are eye candy in Transformers series so far, I am sorry for the Megan-lovers in this sequel. None-the-less her potent successor does play a really noteworthy role towards the end that turns around the plot. So watch out for Carly (Rosie Huntington-Whitley).

So get your TRANSFORMERS T-Shirts and TRANSFORMER HOODIES out and book those damn tickets with those over-sized 3D glasses!!

Motion Picture Rating (MPAA)
Rated PG-13 for intense prolonged sequences of sci-fi action violence, mayhem and destruction, and for language, some sexuality and innuendo.
